Please be aware that registration for this event is restricted to homeowner leaders only. If you are unable to commit to attending both days of the program, we kindly request that you refrain from registering. The chapter will only subsidize this program one time per member, you may not take it more than once through CAI-NJ for free. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the program. Please note that participation is limited to 20 participants, and we appreciate your registration only if you can commit to attending the entire program.
