CAI is honored to present Jodi Horne, Principal of Single Family Collateral Risk Management at Fannie Mae, to give an in-depth overview of Fannie Mae’s new condo lending guidelines.

This presentation will include a historical look at these guidelines as well as the current changes and how the process works.

The program will be moderated by Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS, Founder of Kipcon Inc., who Co-Chaired the  CAI task force, which developed the Public Policy Paper on Condominium Safety and was also involved with the development of the reserve funding legislation in New Jersey, which is based on this Public Policy paper.

The program will also discuss the relationship between the legislative requirements and Fannie Mae requirements.
